Hi Tom, just a note to say thank you again for Saturday. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and all raved about the food. We didn't actually make it to coffee, for some reason we went straight to port and cointreau (which went very well with the cheese)! There were several sore heads the next day....

 

Please could you send me some details on your fish cooking course as I would be very interested in this. Do you have a minimum number of participants?

Thank you so much for helping to make our celebration day such a success.

The food was delicious, a wonderful variety of different flavours which our guests found delicious and which was served throughout the day in a steady unobtrusive flow.

I would also like to comment on the way you not only produced and served the food but on the way in which you and your excellent assistant interacted with the guests, welcoming them initially with drinks and even accepting some into the small and busy kitchen with your usual poise. Many of our friends commented on how much they enjoyed talking to you. You added to the mood of the day.

We are now trying to think of another excuse to have a party so that we can employ your services again.

I can definitely say my parents had a fantastic time last Monday and they enjoyed every aspect of the day. Your food was excellent and they enjoyed the whole experience of being cooked for and the quality of the cooking was matched by your clear passion for food. Personally the figs in parma ham were my favourite - they were exquisite and I could eat them by the bucket load!

If you ever need a reference I am more than happy to be one although I know you get a lot of business by word of mouth in any case.

Thankyou for the catering for our Wedding Reception. Our guests and I really enjoyed the food. The Chicken Chermoula was beautifully tender, and the salmon very tasty. The additional items complemented the main dishes well. The overall taste, presentation and experience was very good - it added very much to our wedding day - we would happily ask Tom to cater for us again.
